Please understand Element Home Furnishings Store & Web Site Shopping policy. Element does not offer merchandise refunds on products sold. Reason being,  Element Makes a big effort in keeping products in stock, priced right and reorders items quickly or replaces the item sold with a new item for the store/ web site. Doing returns would make it very difficult to control our inventory / ordering cycle.We do alot of direct importing so our sales tracking is the key to us keeping items available for you.
We do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Molokai, Out of the United States. Some Items we simply do not ship based on if we feel it cant get to you cost effectively or safely we wont ship it.
Element reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
